The Challenge
The Annual Forum is CBA’s flagship event, but attendance was inconsistent. My job was to change that.
I developed a communication strategy that featured the Forum prominently on the website, expanded social media outreach, and drastically improved email marketing. I set a clear schedule for Forum updates—Save the Date, reminders, and detailed emails—and tested timing and subject lines to maximize engagement.
The result? The Forum sold out for the first time—so far in advance that I was asked to stop advertising three weeks ahead of time!
