The Challenge
My client, which has been around for over 100 years, hadn't had an official logo update since the '60s, and used nearly a dozen different logos over all of their publications and website. Since their congregation is multi-generational, they needed a logo that was clean, conveyed stability, and had a modern sense of style.
Since Ner Tamid means "Eternal Light" in Hebrew, I suggested including a flame in the final logo, and provided two different versions: full name and title for use outside of the congregation, and just the name for communications inside the congregation.
